Some info for Erisia and anyone who cannot start prelude quest... it has been known to happen in sGE as well.

this happened to me too. then i discoverd my lorch quest was reset after even clearing HW, i gave my lorch card away long time ago. i can only restart my lorch quest upon clearing of byron quest to the stage of getting raven card.

then i continue with lorch quest and then be able to do prelude stance quest
